Bosly’s Backyard Policies

Cancellation Policy:

• For all Private Play & Social Hour Play appointments, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours' notice to be eligible for rescheduling, credit, or refund.

• Failure to cancel or modify an appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in forfeiting your appointment and paying 100% of the services scheduled. When you cancel without 24 hours' notice, we miss the chance to fill your spot, and clients on our waiting list lose the opportunity for services.

• We cannot make exceptions for weather, illness (you or your dog), personal emergencies, or other reasons.

• For Parties, Photography events, and Training classes, 50% of your payment is nonrefundable once you book. Cancellations must be made at least one week before the start time of the first class or event to receive a 50% refund. After this deadline, cancellations and rescheduling requests will not be accommodated, and you will be charged 100% of the services scheduled.

Supervision:

• You are required to stay with your dog at all times during your appointment.

Potty Breaks:

• Please ensure your dog tries to take a potty break before entering the facility. There is a grassy area with a waste station just north of our entrance.

Vaccination Requirements:

• All dogs must be up-to-date on their Rabies and Distemper/Parvo vaccinations and free from any contagious conditions.

• For Small Group Social Play or Parties, dogs must also be vaccinated for Bordetella. A copy of vaccination records must be sent before your appointment.

Behavior & Spay/Neuter Policy:

• If attending with a buddy pass, small group play session, or dog party, your dog must be spayed or neutered, well-socialized and comfortable playing off-leash with other dogs.

• To ensure a safe and stress-free environment, if your dog displays aggressive, bullying, or unacceptable behavior toward other dogs or humans, Bosly’s Backyard reserves the right to ask you and your dog to leave. Refunds will not be issued.

Refund Processing Fees:

• Credit card processing fees will be deducted from any refund.

Right to Refuse Service:

• Bosly’s Backyard reserves the right to refuse service to any dog or client for any reason. Disrespectful behavior towards our business or staff will result in us no longer providing services for you.

Photography Consent:

• Photos may be taken by Bosly’s Backyard during your visit for marketing and promotional purposes.
