What our friends are saying
“I cannot say enough good things about Bosly’s Backyard. I am so grateful to have a place where Choli can safely and freely run and play, and learn new skills and ways to have fun. She has gone from being too afraid of the tunnel to the other day running right to it and all the way through all by herself right when we arrived. The employees are so incredibly understanding of various dog demeanors. Choli even did 3 new obstacles the other day, including the moving teeter. Bosly's, Choli, and I thank you for the fun, learning, and confidence-boosting you provide.”

“Rebel and her pawents LOVE Bosly's Backyard! It's the perfect fun (and safe!) space for Rebel to run around to her heart's content. She especially loves playing "find it" in the tennis ball-filled pool! Since Rebel is very dog-selective, bringing her on an adventure to Bosly's is the perfect way to provide her enrichment, exercise, and quality time with her humans :)”

“Clare had a BLAST at Bosly’s Backyard! She’s a rescue and had a very ruff life before she came to live with us in her forever home. She’s such a good girl, but being out in the world is very scary for her and hanging with other dogs is not something she’s interested in. It’s been so hard to find space for her to burn energy without getting scared and BB was the perfect solution for us! Unlimited tennis balls and space to run around? What more could a gal want! We felt super safe in the space even during COVID and we will absolutely be back!!”

“Stella had an amazing time celebrating her birthday at Bosly’s. It was a super easy and clear process. Any questions I had were answered quickly over Instagram. She especially loved the tennis ball pool & doing the agility activities for treats. There were a good amount of activities, but not too many that it was overwhelming. It was a nice big space, very clean, organized, with fresh water provided. It‘s a great way to bond with your dog & enjoy time 1:1 with them. We would definitely go back!!”

“This could not have been more perfect! Once I booked I was telling all my friends that I would be crying the entire time from happiness (don't worry, I held it together) Our 4 year old Ruger is not social after being attacked by a neighbor dog when he was a puppy, but he still loves his older brother Riot. We booked 30 mins for them both, not knowing how either pup would far and they both did GREAT!! Ruger was so engaged with all of the equipment. Being a reactive dog owner can get you down sometimes and make you nervous but having a space like this provides fun, mental stimulation and closer bonding. Ruger impressed me so much and I can tell that the more we go the better he will get with his skills. We can't wait to go back!”

“When you have a dog who needs a little space, it's fabulous to have an option like Bosly's Backyard for safe 1:1 play! My dog had the best time and can't wait to go again soon! From feeling safe in this pandemic with just one other masked person (the owner) and available hand sanitizer to making sure the pups have it all - including having treats for sale and a complimentary pup ice cream, Bosly's Backyard really offers it all. Thank you!”

“I live in an apartment with my two boys, Super Mario and Isaac, so we have no yard or anywhere really to play. Bosly’s Backyard was the perfect place to take my boys for a fun playdate with just the two of them. Isaac is my older guy so he thoroughly enjoyed just running around, but also was interested in trying a few of the agility skills. Mario loved the different agility equipment and while not a pro, picked up nearly all of the various skills and was having a great time going through all of them. Both of my boys also enjoyed some time playing together off leash that they don’t get often due to our living situation. Bosly’s Backyard is a gorgeous facility with tons of free parking (a huge deal in the Chicago area). It’s clean, well kept, and comes with a lot of included items/activities as well as opportunities to purchase a la carte items for your pups. I highly suggest making a visit. I know it’s going to be a regular event for my boys now.”

“There are so many things I can't do with Roscoe because he is reactive. But just because he doesn't like other dogs, it doesn't mean he shouldn't be able to just play and be a dog. It was so fun to play together and run around with Roscoe at Bosly's Backyard and enjoy my time with him without having to stay hyper-vigilant or worry about avoiding other dogs.”

“Hank has a wonderful time at Bosly’s Backyard! For the moment we walked in we felt very welcome and Hank was curious about the different activities. We would recommend this to anyone looking to get some extra exercise and play time for their pup!”

“This was our first time bringing Jedi to an agility course of any kind. He loves running and jumping so we knew he would enjoy this, but we had no idea he would love it that much! He exhausted himself in 15 mins trying out all the obstacles and got the zoomies he was so excited. We will definitely be back with Jedi!”

“This was a perfect and much-needed outlet for our dog Pretzel. Since we live in a high rise with no yard, the closure of lakefront parks meant that “her backyard” (the park next door) had been inaccessible for months, making walks not as much fun as she was used to having. While she enjoys doggy daycare once a week, she is a little timid in larger groups. She is far more likely to play harder when she’s either solo or with one or two other similarly-sized dog(s). This option was so much fun for her, and for me! I got so much joy out of seeing how much fun she had. Thank you! We will definitely be attending your next pup up.”

“My dog and I had a great time 1:1. It allowed us to play and run around, free of worry of any other dogs nearby since my dog is leash reactive. We enjoyed our experience and it was a good workout for both of us!”
- Bumblebee’s Mom
“Bosly’s Backyard is perfect for pups who are reactive or are still learning to be social. The space was large enough for zoomies and toys galore to keep busy the whole time slot. Love that Bosly’s welcomes you to bring your dog’s fav toy, too! My dog loved his time and we’ll definitely be back :)”
- Owen’s Mom
“My dog was so excited!! He doesn’t always get along with other dogs, so this was perfect. The agility equipment was fun, but he really loved the ball pits!”
- Rudy’s Mom
“My anxious pup Hazel had a blast running off leash and exploring agility equipment for the first time! I was amazed at the confidence she gained in just one 30 minute play session when we were in a safe environment and didn't have to worry about other dogs or dangers. Kim was fantastic and even played and took pictures for us! Hazel has never warmed up to anyone as quickly, and didn't want to let Kim stop playing with her. This is a wonderful idea to give anxious dogs the opportunity to play off leash in a safe and stimulating environment. We can't wait to go back!”
- Hazel’s Mom
“My dog Zoe is reactive to other dogs and this has made living in the city a difficult task. Zoe cannot play at the dog parks or engage with other dogs while on walks. Bosly's has changed our life because it allows Zoe the opportunity to run off leash in a safe environment. I trust that Zoe can have a blast away from other dogs and get to do some of the things she can't do outside of Bosly's - such as runaround off leash or try new agility equipment. "Bosly's" is a word that Zoe has grown to know and love and seeing her get to run around brings so much joy to our family.”
-Zoe’s Mom
“My dog Willy doesn't do well at dog parks, so we're limited on places we can go and play off-leash together. Bosly's gave him the opportunity to run around and have fun without the stress of other dogs being nearby. The facility is large and allows for fetchers to chase balls or run around with toys. There's also agility equipment and a nosework ball pool to work on more structured activities.”
