How much does a session cost?
Our prices range depending on the type of appointment and length of time. Please view our Booking page for our different options, and information on rates.
Can I bring my dog’s siblings?
Yes! Siblings are welcome to join your private play appointment for an extra charge.
Can I bring dogs from another household?
Buddy passes are available for an extra charge. Buddy passes are only for dogs who play together regularly. Bosly’s Backyard is not a place to test or train your dog’s interactions and socialization with other dogs.
If you sign up with a buddy pass or sign up for our Small Group Social Play your dog has to be spayed / neutered and up-to-date on their Rabies, Distemper / Parvo, and Bordetella vaccinations, and free of any contagious conditions. We want everyone to have a safe and fun experience!
What vaccinations do you require?
We require your dog to be up-to-date on their Rabies and Distemper / Parvo vaccinations, and free of any contagious disease. If you sign up with a buddy pass, Small Group Social Play or come for a Private Party with other dogs, your dog has to be spayed / neutered and up-to-date on their Rabies, Distemper / Parvo, and Bordetella vaccinations, and free of any contagious conditions.
What is your cancellation policy?
Private Play & Social Hour Play Sessions
Refund and reschedule requests must be received at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
We cannot reschedule, issue credit, or provide refunds for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, regardless of weather, illness, or personal emergencies. Please be respectful of our policy.
Failure to cancel or modify an appointment at least 24 hours in advance will result in a full charge for the scheduled session.
As a small business, we are unable to absorb the losses from late cancellations, which impact our ability to serve others. By booking your appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy. This policy is also included in your confirmation email and appointment reminders. Please be respectful of our policies. Disrespectful behavior toward our business or staff will result in us no longer providing services to you.
Training Classes, Private Party Rentals & Special Events
Cancellations must be made at least 1 week before the first class/event start time to receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 1 week of the start time are non-refundable.
Processing Fees
All refunds will incur a processing fee of 3.5% + $0.30.
My dog does not get along with other dogs, will there be other dogs around?
Our experience is designed to accommodate dogs who don’t get along with other dogs and no other dogs will be in the space during your play time. We have 15 minute breaks in between each play session to also help avoid any run-ins.
My dog has reactivity to humans, can I still bring them?
Please email us at [email protected] so we can discuss and assess if we can make our play space work for your dog.
I want to bring more than 3 dogs for a play session, is that allowed?
Given the square footage of the space and our turnaround time to clean in between appointments, we keep private play sessions to 3 dogs at a time. If you have more than 3 dogs, please email us at [email protected] so we can assess if our play space can accommodate you.
Do you allow party rentals?
Yes! We’d love to host your pup’s birthday party, gotcha day, or other special event. Read more about our Party Rentals here.
Do you offer membership?
Yes! If you want to frequent Bosly’s Backyard with your pup every month membership will provide you with the most savings and great perks! Learn more about our Memberships here.
Can I stop by and see the facility?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate people dropping by as we do not have a viewing area, and stopping in is disruptive to a client’s appointment. There are plenty of photos and videos on our website as well as on our social media pages where you can view our facility. If you have questions please call us at 773-698-6513 or email [email protected] for more information, or we can schedule an appointment for you to stop in when we are closed or don’t have appointments.
