We require a minimum 5-month commitment for all memberships. After that period, you can cancel at any time with just a 30-day notice. Once you cancel, you’ll have 60 days to use any remaining play sessions—easy peasy!

For individual appointments, our cancellation policy remains the same: 24 - 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel.

You won’t lose any unused play sessions when you cancel your membership. However, be sure to use them within 60 days after your cancellation, as they will expire after that time.

Nope! Play sessions reload every 30 days, so you can sign up anytime. Your membership will start from the day you join, not the beginning of the month.

Play sessions are generally non-transferable. However, if you’re a 4 Play Per Month Member, you can donate 1 play session per month to our Rescue of the Month program. It’s a great way to support pups in need!

We are transitioning to memberships, which will replace our private play packages. If you currently have a package, you’re welcome to finish using your remaining sessions before signing up for a membership!

No problem! You’re welcome to book additional sessions beyond your membership at your discounted member rate. Play as much as you and your pup want!

Nope! You don’t need a membership to enjoy Bosly’s Backyard. We always offer A La Carte private play sessions at drop-in rates. Plus, anyone can book our size-appropriate social plays, training classes, birthday parties, events, and more! There’s something for everyone, whether you’re a member or not.

For your first visit, we recommend starting with an A La Carte private play session. This allows you to test the ideal session length for your pup before committing to a 5-month membership. It's the perfect way to see what works best for you both!
