Intro to Nosework Training Class

Intro to Nosework 11/13/24 - 12/18/24

Class description: Take sniffing to the next level! Channel your dog’s energy by giving them a job with Nosework classes. It’s easy to do at home, builds confidence, and will leave them exhausted. In this first 5-week session you will begin teaching your dog to love searching and prepare them for finding the odor source.

Criteria for enrollment: No experience with or not yet working with odor. While your dog will not be socializing or interacting with other dogs and we will make some use of visual barriers, instruction will be given in a class setting so your dog must be reasonably comfortable in a class setting with other dogs.

Age requirements: At least five months of age

Vaccination requirements: Dogs must be up-to-date on their Rabies and Distemper / Parvo vaccinations and free of any contagious conditions.

Class schedule & registration:

Wednesdays 11/13/24 - 12/18/24, skipping 11/27 (the week of Thanksgiving).

Cost: $187.50 for 5 classes. You must register for the 5 weeks. 1 week cancelation prior to the first class is required or you will be charged in full for the class.

Location: 4011 N. Ravenswood, Chicago IL 60613
