We offer both Monthly and Annual membership options—each with different terms:
Monthly Memberships
A 6-month minimum commitment is required. After that, you may cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. Once canceled, you’ll have until the end of your billing period to use any remaining play credits.Annual Memberships
Annual memberships are paid in full upfront and are non-refundable and non-transferable. You have 12 months from the date of signup to use your credits before they expire. No exceptions will be made for any reason, including schedule changes, relocation, or a dog’s health.For individual appointments, our cancellation policy remains the same: 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel.

Play credits & appointments are non-transferable to other households. If you give your membership appointment to someone else, they will need to pay the difference since your membership provides a discounted rate that applies only to you.

Absolutely! The easiest way to gift a membership is by purchasing a gift certificate in the amount you’d like to cover their membership. It’s the perfect present for any dog lover!

You’re welcome to purchase additional credits beyond your membership at your discounted member rate. Play as much as you and your pup want!

Nope! You don’t need a membership to enjoy Bosly’s Backyard. We always offer private play sessions at drop-in rates. Plus, anyone can book our size-appropriate social plays, training classes, birthday parties, events, and more! There’s something for everyone, whether you’re a member or not.

For your first visit, we recommend starting with a 30-minute private play session. This allows you to test the ideal appointment length for your pup before committing to a 6-month membership. It's the perfect way to see what works best for you both!
